人民币汇率制度与货币政策的协调研究

On the Coordination of RMB Exchange Rate System and Monetary Policy

文章首先初步了解汇率制度与货币政策的原理,利用蒙代尔—弗莱明模型分析汇率制度如何影响货币政策的有效性。其次结合数据,利用SAS软件对我国的汇率制度与货币政策的相关性进行分析,以及研究我国汇率制度与货币政策的多次冲突的情况并总结其发生的原因。最后针对当前我国开放经济的现实情况提出了汇率制度与货币政策协调的思路,即应以从根本上解决货币政策与汇率政策的冲突为长期目标,逐渐建立起浮动汇率制度。

It is firstly introduced the principle of exchange rate and monetary policy.The analysis of how exchange rate system affects the effectiveness of monetary policy is done with Mundell-Fleming model. The correlation of the two is analyzed with SAS to explore why there have been many cases of conflicts of the two. A possible solution is proposed according to the current situation of China＇s open-up economics. To avoid the conflicts should be a long-term goal and hence a floating exchange rate system should be established.
