Labor Market Segmentation and Undergraduates' Employment:Literature Review and Outlook

文章以大学生就业为研究对象,以劳动力市场分割理论为基础,对国内近十多年来发表的重要相关文献进行归纳、总结,发现不同劳动力市场的工资水平、社会保障、社会声望、职业生涯路径、流动障碍等方面的差异对大学生就业产生了深刻的影响,指出了已有研究的不足及进一步研究的方向。

With undergraduates＇ employment as research subjects and the theory of labor market segmentation as foundation,the latest decade related literature has been summarized and analyzed. It is concluded that undergraduates＇ employment has been greatly affected by the salary level,social security,social prestige,career route,and obstacles of fluxion. The inadequacies as well as further study have been pointed out.
