摘要
英国慈善法历经四百年而逐渐完善,并且形成了独具特色的慈善监督机构。文章采用历史研究法从慈善委员会的历史演进角度入手,探究英国慈善监督机构对于正处在发展时期的我国慈善监督事业的借鉴价值。
With four hundred years of history,the ＂Charity Law of the UK＂has gradually become maturity,with a supervision agency of unique features. With historical approach,the historical development of the charity agency is studied to provide a reference for China＇s corresponding institution development.
