Development of the Internal Fixation Treatment of Supracondylar Femoral Fractures

骨折愈合是一个复杂的过程,受到患者全身因素、局部因素治疗手段和方法等方面的影响。对股骨髁上骨折内固定治疗,良好复位、符合生理解剖和生物力学的可靠内固定技术和方法是保证手术成功和骨折最佳愈合的关键。虽然治疗股骨髁上骨折内固定的方法很多,但不同的方法各有其优缺点。目前内固定治疗方法大体可分为以钢板为基础的偏心型固定和以髓内钉为基础的中心型固定两大类。

Fracture healing is a complicated course,influenced by patients＇ systematic factors,local factors,treatment approaches and methods,etc. As for the internal fixation treatment of supracondylar femoral fractures,good fracture reduction,reliable internal technology and methods in line with the physiological anatomy and biomechanics are the keys for successful surgeries and fracture healing. Although there are many internal fixation methods to treat supracondylar femoral fractures,different methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. So far,internal fixation methods include the off-center fixation on the basis of steel plate and the central-type fixation on the basis of intramedullary nail.
