Study on Brain Cognitive Dysfunction in Patients with Organic Mental Disorder

脑器质性精神障碍是精神医学临床上常见的一类疾病,在脑器质性疾病中发生率很高。患者主要表现为意识障碍、行为障碍和认知障碍等,如不及时治疗可影响患者预后情况,甚至危及生命。其中认知功能障碍一直是精神医学棘手的问题,该文通过对近年来脑器质性精神障碍所致认知功能障碍的研究进展进行总结,讨论未来的研究方向,期望为临床预防治疗提供更为可靠的依据。

Brain organic mental disorder is a class of common diseases in clinical psychiatry,which has high incidence in patients with organic brain disease. Main manifestations include disturbance of consciousness,behavioral disorders and cognitive disorders,which affects the prognosis and can even be life-threatening if no timely treatment is given. The cognitive dysfunction has been a thorny issue in psychiatry,and here is to make a review of the progress in brain cognitive dysfunction caused by organic brain disease,and discuss future research direction,hoping to provide more reliable basis for the clinical prevention and treatment.
