中医药对不同卵巢早衰模型治疗的研究进展

The Research Progress of Different Models of Premature Ovarian Failure Treated with Chinese Medicine

卵巢早衰是一种由多系统损伤导致的妇科疾病。卵巢早衰在临床上治疗难度大,并且其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,对于卵巢早衰模型的实验研究表明中医药能起到很好的治疗效果。近年研究发现,中医药在半乳糖诱导下、雷公藤诱导以及环磷酰胺诱导下的卵巢早衰模型中,分别可以对动物模型的代谢系统、卵巢结构与功能恢复以及免疫系统有着非常好的恢复作用,为中医药治疗卵巢早衰提供了理论基础,同时也为卵巢早衰的治疗提供新的临床思路和方法。

Premature ovarian failure is a gynecological disease caused by multiple-system damages. The clinical treatment is difficult,and its incidence is rising year by year. The studies on premature ovarian failure model show that traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） can achieve very good therapeutic effect. Researchers have found TCM in the mouse models induced by galactose,tripterygium wilfordii and cyclophosphamide,have good recovery effect on the metabolic system,ovarian structure and function,and the immune system,which provides a theoretical foundation for the treatment of premature ovarian failure by TCM,and new clinical ideas and methods for the treatment of premature ovarian failure.
