凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达与临床意义

The Expression and Clinical Significance of Apoptosis Inhibitor Protein Survivin in Invasive Breast Cancer

目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白survivin在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达与临床意义。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2014年2月黄石市中心医院收治的300例经手术、术后病理组织学确诊为浸润性乳腺癌患者的临床资料,均进行病理特征回顾性调查、病理样本相关免疫组织化学分析。结果survivin在乳腺癌中表达阳性率为76.7%(230/300),不同肿瘤位置、病理学分级、病理分期、淋巴结转移的survivin阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。300例患者中管腔上皮A型36例,管腔上皮B型180例,人类表皮生长因子受体2过表达型34例,三阴型50例。乳腺癌不同分型在淋巴结转移与临床分期方面对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人浸润性乳腺癌呈现为survivin高阳性表达情况,以管腔上皮B型分子亚型最为多见,从而影响乳腺癌的病理特征。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of apoptosis inhibitor protein survivin in theinvasive breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis on 300 patients with histological diagnosis of invasive breast cancer after surgery admitted to Huangshi Central Hospital from Feb. 2011 to Feb. 2014 was done： pathological features were investigated retrospectively,and pathological samples immunohistochemical analysis was done. Results Survivin expression rate was 76. 7%（ 230 /300） in breast cancer,and the positive rates of different pathological grades,pathological stages,lymph node metastasis situations had statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Among the 300 patients,there were 36 cases of luminal type A,180 cases of luminal type B,34 cases of HER-2 overexpression,50 cases of triple negative type. Different types of breast cancer had statistically significant differences in different pathological grades,lymph node metastasis and clinical staging]（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Invasive breast cancer is featured with high positive expression survivin,with luminal type B molecule as the most common type,thus affecting the pathological features of breast cancer.
