功能化离子液体催化氧化燃料油脱硫研究 被引量:2

摘要 设计并制备出具有催化活性的功能化Brnsted酸性离子液体,以此离子液体为催化剂,以H2O2为氧化剂组成催化氧化体系,对含有噻吩和二苯并噻吩的模型油以及柴油进行了催化氧化脱硫研究。结果表明,含有官能团—COOH结构的功能化离子液体具有较高的催化氧化活性,对模型油中噻吩和二苯并噻吩的选择性脱硫效率分别达到了95.2%和98.5%,对实际柴油的脱硫率也达到88.2%。该催化体系避免了传统工艺中有机酸的使用,整个反应体系更加环保、高效。 Functional Brnsted acidic pyridinium-ionic liquids(ILs),[CH2COOHPy]BF4,is designed and synthesized as catalyst to investigate the oxidative removal of thiophene and dibenzothiophene(DBT)from model oil,with hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)as oxidant.The results shows that ionic liquids with functional group-COOH has high catalytic oxidation activity on the desulfurization of model oil,in which the desulfurization of thiophene and(DBT)in model oil are 95.2% and 98.5%respectively under the optimal conditions.Meanwhile,the desulfurization of the diesel oil is also investigated and 88.2% of sulfur contents are removed under optima reaction conditions.Organic acid used in traditional system is replaced in this catalytic system,which made the whole system more effective and environmentally friendly.
