摘要
以清水处理为对照,使用植物生长促进剂(ABT3号、IAA、NAA)对陆良县1年生蓝桉苗木进行了不同浓度、不同浸泡时间的扦插试验。采用方差分析及Excel2003对所获数据进行了处理。结果表明:愈伤组织出现最早的处理是500mg/L ABT3号、浸泡时间20s;1000mg/L ABT3号、浸泡时间10s的生根率最高,达到77.9%,不定根出现最早;500mg/L NAA、浸泡时间30s的生根率达到65.8%;清水对照最差,愈伤组织及不定根出现的时间最晚,生根率最高仅为8.9%。
Carring out different concentrations and soaking time of Plant growth promoters(ABT3、IAA、NAA)cutting experiments on one-year seedling of Eucalyptus globules with clear water as CK.Data were treatment by analysis of variance and Excel 2003.The results showed that there were obvious differences between the rooting rate and cutting rooting process in different concentrations and soaking time tests.Callus appeared the earliest processing is500mg/L ABT3,soaking time 20s;1000mg/L ABT3,soaking time 10 sof rooting rate highest 77.9%and adventitious root emergence earliest;500 mg/L NAA,soaking time is 30 srooting rate was 65.8%;The control is the worst,callus and adventitious root emergence time most late,rooting the highest rate of only 8.9%.
