摘要
主要将三门江林场2010年种植的几个油茶品种作为研究对象,研究了其花粉粒的萌发情况,寻找出了适合油茶花粉萌发的硼酸、蔗糖和钙的浓度。研究结果表明:在25℃条件下,软1、软2、软3、桂3、桂24花粉萌发率的最佳浓度配比分别为5.0g/L琼脂50.0g/L蔗糖+0.1g/L硼酸+1.0g/L钙、5.0g/L琼脂150.0g/L蔗糖+0.1g/L硼酸+0.0g/L钙、5.0g/L琼脂50.0g/L蔗糖+0.0g/L硼酸+0.0g/L钙、5.0g/L琼脂150.0g/L蔗糖+0.1g/L硼酸+0.0g/L钙、5.0g/L琼脂150.0g/L蔗糖+0.0g/L硼酸+1.0g/L钙。
In this paper,we studied the pollen grain germination of several Camellia cultivars planted in Three River Forest Farm in 2010,and find out the concentration of boric acid,sucrose and calcium suitable for pollen germination.The results are as follows:soft 1,soft 2,Soft 3,Gui 3,Gui 24,the optimal concentrations of pollen germination ratio was 5.0g/L agar 50.0g/L sucrose+0.1g/L boric acid+1.0g/L calcium,5.0g/L agar 150.0g/L sucrose+0.1g/L boric acid+0.0g/L calcium,5.0g/L agar 50.0g/L sucrose+0.0g/L boric acid+0.0g/L calcium,5.0g/L agar 150.0g/L sucrose+0.1g/L boric acid+0.0g/L calcium,5.0g/L agar 150.0g/L sucrose+0.0g/L boric acid+1.0g/L calcium.
