冠脉介入治疗对不稳定型心绞痛患者炎症因子及cTnI、MMP-9、NT-pro BNP的影响

Effect of PCI on inflammatory factors,cTnI,MMP-9 and NT-pro BNP in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:探讨冠脉介入治疗对不稳定型心绞痛患者炎症因子及肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的影响。方法 :将80例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组行经皮冠脉介入(PCI)治疗,对照组为同期行冠脉造影(CAG)者。分别测定两组患者术前和术后24h血浆炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-18(IL-18)及cTnI、MMP-9、NT-pro BNP水平,并比较。结果:术后24h,观察组血浆炎症因子CRP、IL-18水平显著升高(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),两组间差异显著(P<0.05);术后24h,观察组血浆cTnI、MMP-9、NT-pro BNP水平显著升高(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),两组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:PCI治疗会引起不稳定型心绞痛患者炎症因子水平的升高及心肌损伤。

Objective：To investigate the effect of PCI on inflammatory factors,cardiac troponin I（cTnI）,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-pro BNP）in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods：A total of 80 unstable angina pectoris patients were divided into observation group（40cases）and control group（40cases）.The observation group was given the therapy of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）,and the control group was given coronary angiography.The of inflammatory factors,cTnI,MMP-9and NT-pro BNP were tested and compared before and after operation.Results：At 24 hafter operation,C-reactive protein（CRP）and interleukin-18（IL-18）levels were increased significantly after treatment in observation group（P〈0.05）,there was no difference on inflammatory factors in control group（P〉0.05）,and these two groups had significant difference on inflammatory factors（P〈0.05）;at 24 hafter operation,cTnI,MMP-9and NT-pro BNP levels were increased significantly after treatment in observation group（P〈0.05）,there was no difference on inflammatory factors in control group（P〉0.05）,and the two groups had significant difference on inflammatory factors（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：PCI therapy can induce inflammation and myocardial injury in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
