依巴斯汀对过敏性鼻炎的治疗作用观察

Efficacy of ebastine on treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的：观察依巴斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎（AR）的临床效果及安全性。方法：回顾分析2014年3月~2015年1月于我科治疗的AR患者80例,依据治疗方案不同分为研究组与对照组,各40例,两组患者均给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂雷诺考特喷鼻治疗,研究组在上述治疗的基础上加用依巴斯汀口服治疗,对比两组治疗前后症状改善及不良反应发生情况,并采用双抗夹心ELISA法测定血清黏附因子（VCAM-1）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平变化。结果：两组治疗前血清VCAM-1、IL-4、IL-10水平比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后血清VCAM-1、IL-4、IL-10水平较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗后血清VCAM-1、IL-4、IL-10水平明显低于同期对照组（P〈0.05）,临床症状改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论：依巴斯汀能明显降低AR患者炎性反应,缓解AR症状,且无明显不良反应,疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of ebastine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis（AR）and its safety.Methods：A total of 80 patients with AR who were admitted in our hospital from March,2014 to January,2015 were included in the study and divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each group according to different treatment protocols.The patients in the two groups were given nasal spray of budesonide（Rhinocort）.On this basis,the patients in the study group were orally given ebastine.The improvement of symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to detect the levels of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（VCAM-1）,interleukin（IL）-4,and IL-10.Results：The comparison of serum VCAM-1,IL-4,and IL-10 before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the levels of serum VCAM-1,IL-4,and IL-10 were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）.The levels of serum VCAM-1,IL-4,and IL-10 after treatment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment in the study group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in the two groups.Conclusions：Ebastine in the treatment of AR can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction,and alleviate the clinical symptoms with no obvious adverse reactions and accurate efficacy.
