原型碳基金实践研究及其对中国的启示

Practice of the Prototype Carbon Fund and Its Implications for China

指出了原型碳基金的实践经验,主要包括原型碳基金的成立背景及主要业务、组建方式、运作模式以及业务运营过程。在此基础上,借鉴原型碳基金的实践经验对我国构建碳基金进行了总结,得到了三点启示:一是应在边学边做中构建中国碳基金;二是应进一步完善碳交易市场和碳金融体系;三是政府投资在初期占主导,逐步转为社会融资,建立中国碳基金。

This paper describes the experience of the Prototype Carbon Fund,including the background of the establishment,the main business,the formation of the way,mode of operation and business process operations of the Prototype Carbon Fund.On this basis,drawing on practical experience of the Prototype Carbon Fund for China＇s building Carbon Fund,this paper take three inspirations summary：First,China should build Carbon Fund in learning by doing;the second is to be further improved carbon trading and carbon market financial system;Third,Government investment is in the early dominant,gradually,the establishment of China carbon Fund converts to social financing.
