摘要
指出了医院的发展离不开人才,随着医院人事制度的深化改革,人才流动加速,通过对所在医院进行的观察,发现了广安市人民医院人事档案管理工作存在如下问题:决策者管理意识淡薄;管理人员缺乏,管理职责不明;医院档案管理数字化水平低下,管理人才缺乏。在此基础上,针对出现的问题,提出如下对策:增强档案管理意识;完善档案管理制度;利用信息化平台,加强专业人才培养,从而使人力资源档案管理水平提高,符合现代化医院发展的要求。
hospital development is inseparable from the talent,with the deepening of the reform of hospital personnel system,to accelerate the flow of talent,through the observation of the hospital,the hospital personnel archives management exist problems are as follows:(1)management awareness of decision makers is weak;(2)the management personnel lack of management responsibilities is unknown;(3)hospital digitalization of archives management level is low,management personnel lack.On this basis,in view of the problems proposed countermeasures are as follows:(1)strengthen the awareness of archives management;(2)improving the archives management system;(3)using information platform,strengthen professional training,improve human resources management level of archives,conforms to the modern hospital development requirements.
