盐胁迫对不同菠菜品种发芽率及生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以福莱特、皇抗、菠莱茵3个菠菜品种为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl(0、20、40、60、80 mmol/L)对其发芽率、叶面积、叶绿素含量、光合参数、抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:3个品种菠菜的发芽率、叶绿素含量及SOD和POD活性均在20 mmol/L Na Cl处理下最高,叶面积均随NaCl浓度的增加而下降,脯氨酸含量随NaCl浓度的升高呈上升的趋势,其中菠莱茵含量最高,变化幅度最大;可溶性蛋白的变化趋势与脯氨酸相同。净光合速率在20 mmol/L NaCl处理时达到最高,蒸腾速率和气孔导度均随着NaCl浓度的增加而降低。综合可得,低浓度盐胁迫对菠菜生长有一定促进作用;3个品种比较,菠莱茵的耐盐性较高。 Using 3 spinach cultivars,Fulaite,Huangkang and Bolaiyin,as materials,the effects of different concentrations of Na Cl( 0,20,40,60,80 mmol / L) on germination rate,leaf area,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,activities of antioxidant enzymes,proline and soluable protein contents were studied. The results showed that 3 spinach cultivars all exhibited the highest germination rate,chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD) activities under 20 mmol / L NaCl treatment.With the increase of Na Cl concentration,the leaf area decreased,while the proline content increased,among which,the highest content appeared in Bolaiyin with the biggest change amplitude. The soluble protein content had the similar tendency with that of proline. The net photosynthetic rate got the highest under 20 mmol / L NaCl treatment. The transpiration rate and stomatal conductance reduced gradually with the increase of NaCl concentration. Above all,lower NaCl concentration could promote spinach growth,and Bolaiyin showed higher salt resistance compared with the other two cultivars.
