摘要
为了探明溴氰菊酯的残留污染风险,在田间试验条件下,采用气相色谱-质谱法研究了溴氰菊酯在烟叶中的降解动态及机理。结果表明,溴氰菊酯在烟叶中的降解动态符合一级动力学方程,降解半衰期为5.3 d;溴氰菊酯在烟叶中的残留量随施药剂量增加和收获时间缩短而增高;溴氰菊酯在烟叶中的主要降解途径是被水解、氧化,转化成更为稳定的3,3-二甲基环丙烷-1,2-二甲酸和3-苯氧基苯乙酸。
In order to explore the residual contamination risk of deltamethrin,the degradation dynamic and mechanism of deltamethrin in tobacco leaves were investigated under field condition using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the degradation of deltamethrin in tobacco leaves was fitted to the first-order kinetic equation with the half-life of 5. 3 days. Its residue in tobacco leaves increased with the increase of application dose and shorten of harvest time. Under field condition,the main degradation pathway of deltamethrin in tobacco leaves was transformed into more stable 3,3-dimethyl cyclopropane-1,2-dicarboxylic acid and 3-phenoxyphenyl acetic acid through hydrolysis and oxidation.
