白藜芦醇在肾缺血再灌注损伤中的研究进展

摘要
白藜芦醇( resveratrol )是一种广泛存在于葡萄皮、蓝莓、虎仗等植物中的一种脂溶性植物抗毒素,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤及抗氧化能力,已经被广泛应用到各种人类疾病模型的研究中。因其肾脏毒性低,已经在许多肾脏疾病中广泛应用。白藜芦醇具有的直接抗氧化活性,能够有效保护培养的肾小管上皮细胞抵抗脂质过氧化物( LOOH)、H2O2等诱导的氧化应激。
