摘要
针对当前灾害损失评估面临的灾害评估持续时间长,灾害损失信息不完整,上报环节多等问题,拟采用语义分析、文本挖掘、情感分析、特征词匹配等方法,在对城市灾害发生时UGC特征分析的基础上,设计基于UGC的城市灾害损失评估指标体系,构建灾害动态、持续监测分析算法,研究灾害损失的增量式评估过程,为灾害应急响应决策提供支持。并选取了天津港大爆炸的实际数据,对基于UGC的城市灾害损失动态评估模型进行了验证,实证了该模型的有效性。
The purpose of this article is from the perspective of UGC to dynamic modeling cities' disaster losses. Current disaster assessment facing long duration,reporting link losses disaster information,disaster loss information is not complete and other issues,this paper intends to use methods of semantic analysis,text mining,sentiment analysis,word matching feature,on the basis of analysising the features of urban disaster UGC,design evaluation system of urban disaster losses based UGC to build disaster dynamically and continuously monitoring and analysis algorithms,disaster loss incremental assessment process for disaster emergency response decision support. This paper selects the actual data Tianjin Port explosion of dynamic assessment model of urban disaster losses UGC based on verified,empirical evidence that the model is valid.
