摘要
文章根据发动机和增压器工作工况的不同,设计可变喷嘴涡轮增压器的电控系统,该系统采用以目标增压压力为目标的闭环数字PI加基于比例阀的位置驱动PWM信号的开环前馈控制,在稳态和瞬态工况均能很好地实现增压压力的控制。
Depending on the engine and turbocharger working conditions,this paper designed a electronic control system of variable nozzle turbocharger.The system used the closed-loop digital PI and open-loop feedforward control,which was based on the position of the proportional valve to drive the PWM signal.It could achieve a good control of the supercharging pressure in steady-state and transient conditions.
