全球安防制造业的市场环境瞬息万变,竞争日趋激烈。大型跨国外资企业有多年的市场优势,始终以技术领先自居,致使其产品价格昂贵,对于客户的需求逐步忽视。文章结合安防公司的实际情况,运用质量管理的工具对于新产品开发进行质量规划、质量保证和质量控制,以期帮助其提升对于客户的认知,确定产品的核心功能,并制定合理的定价。
Global security industry market environment changing rapidly,competition has become increasingly fierce.While the key market advantage for large multinational foreign-capital enterprises always lie in the leading technology,it leads to expensive price of their product and gradual ignorance of consumer's requirements.This paper combined with the actual condition of security company,implemented the quality planning,quality assurance and quality control for new product development through tools of quality management,so as to help them formulate reasonable pricing strategy with promotions in customer's cognitive and determination on products' core function.
