新型城镇化背景下民族文化保护利用研究——以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例

Research on the Protection and Utilization of National Culture under the New Type Urbanization Background:Taking the Autonomous State of Miao and Dong of Qiandongnan as an Example

在城镇化进程中,由于参与民族文化保护利用各行为主体价值取向的差异,从而可能产生矛盾和利益冲突,给民族文化的保护、传承和发展带来严峻挑战,尤其是在经济社会发展相对落后的少数民族地区,民族文化受到城镇化的严重影响和冲击。新型城镇化背景下,如何达成各行为主体价值目标的统一,在有效保护和合理利用之间找到平衡点,以利于更好地促进少数民族文化的保护、传承和发展,成为一个亟待解决的课题。本文以黔东南州为例,从价值取向的差异、文化坚守的困境、价值目标的统一、良性互动的根基几个方面,分析阐述了民族文化保护利用的现实环境、保护利用现状、成功模式和经验启示,对民族文化保护利用做了较为深入的研究。

In the process of urbanization,as the differences in the value orientation of the national culture protection and utilization, it may cause conflicts of interest, which brings severe challenges to the protection, inheritance and development of national culture. In the relatively backward minority areas,these phenomenon is more severe,whose national culture has been severely affected by urbanization. Under the new urbanization background,how to achieve the unity of the value target of the behavior subjects,the balance point between effective protection and reasonable utilization,which has become an urgent problem to be solved in order to better promote the protection,inheritance and development of minority culture. Taking Qiandongnan as an example,this paper expounds the realistic environment,the staus quo,the successful model and the experience about the protection and utilization of the national culture on account of the discuss of these aspects; value orientation, the dilemma of holding national culture, the unity of value and the destination, and the foundation of sucessful interaction.
