摘要
从患病加州鲈鱼(Micropterus salmonides)体表分离到的斑替枝孢(Cladosporium bantianum)菌株,通过不同温度和不同p H对斑替枝孢菌株生长速率的影响来研究其生物学特性,再以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)和鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)为感染对象,用该菌进行回复感染,对其致病性作初步研究。结果表明,斑替枝孢在p H 5~11均能生长,p H为9.0时生长最快;在温度为5~35℃时均能生长,以20℃时生长最快,菌落最为致密。在实验室条件下,单一菌株对草鱼和鲤鱼不具有致病性。
Cladosporium bantianum bacterial strain was isolated from body surface of Micropterus salmonides,which was cultivated with different temperature and p H. The preliminary study of biological characteristics were proceed on basis of growth velocity under different temperature and p H. The preliminary study of pathogenicity were proceed on basis of reply infection with Ctenopharyngodon idellus and Cyprinus carpio. The result showed that C. bantianum could grow when the p H from 5.0to 11.0, which grew fastest when the p H was 9.0; it could grow from 5 to 35 ℃, but the fastest grow was 20 ℃. In laboratory, the sole bacterial strain had not pathogenicity for C. idellus and C. carpio.
