大豆根腐病拮抗菌枯草芽孢杆菌8-32抗菌物质性质的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 对致病菌—尖孢镰刀菌(Fusrium oxysporum)具有较强拮抗作用的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)8-32产生的理化性质进行了初步研究。结果表明,该抗菌物质80℃处理30 min,拮抗活性仍保持在90.00%,100℃以上会完全丧失活性;在p H 7.0~11.0范围内抑菌活性较稳定,最适p H为8.0;高浓度(25mmol/L)EDTA使其拮抗活性降低62%;该抗菌物质对Cu2+、Fe3+敏感,对蛋白酶K不敏感。枯草芽孢杆菌8-32产生的抗菌物质具有一定的耐热、耐碱(p H 11.0)、对蛋白酶不敏感等特性。 The physicochemical properties of antibacterial substances secreted by Bacillus subtilis 8-32 which had strong antagonistic against Fusarium oxysporum were studied. The results showed that the antibacterial materials had good heat resistance, antagonist activity remained at 90.00% after 30 min treatment with 80 ℃ and completely lost above 100 ℃;The inhibitory activity of the antibacterial substances was stable in p H 7.0 ~11.0, and the best p H was 8.0; The antagonist activity reduced by 62% after added 25 mmol / L EDTA; The antibacterial substances were sensitive to Cu2 +、Fe3 +,but not sensitive to protease K. The experimental results showed that antibacterial substances extracted from B. subtilis 8-32 were heat-resistant, alkali resistant(p H 11.0), and they were not sensitive to protease K.
