摘要
比较了光周期、6-BA和GA3处理对春石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl.)侧芽、花芽、高位芽和鳞芽发育的影响。结果表明,长日照有利于侧芽的成花,而短日照能促进节上的侧芽形成高位芽及基部形成鳞芽;6-BA能显著促进侧芽的萌发,进而有利于花芽、高位芽的形成,同时也显著促进鳞芽的形成;施加GA3则对于侧芽的萌发和花芽的形成均有抑制作用,但有利于高位芽的形成,对鳞芽萌发无明显影响。建议在春石斛的栽培中,采用不同的光周期调控其开花和自然营养繁殖材料的生产,利用6-BA促生长的显著作用加快其生产。
Effects of photoperiod, 6-BA, and GA3 on the growth and development of stem buds, flowering buds, stem pseudobulbils and basal pseudobulblets of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. were studied. The results showed that compared between long days and short days, the flowering buds could be significantly induced from stem buds under long days; while under short days, the stem pseudobulbils could be transferred from stem buds and the basal pseudobulblets formed. 6-BA could accelerate the germination of stem buds and the following forming of flowering buds and stem pseudobulbils, and induce basal pseudobulblets. GA3 had negative influence for the sprouting of stem buds and flowering buds, but positive effect for stem pseudobulbils, and no significant effect for basal pseudobulblets. In the productive practice, it is suggested that flowering and development of natural vegetative propagation materials be regulated with different photoperiod; and production be boosted by6-BA which has significant growth promoting effect.
