日粮维生素E水平对肉鸡生长性能和免疫器官发育的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨日粮维生素E水平对肉鸡生长性能和免疫器官发育的影响,试验选取1日龄体重相近的健康AA肉鸡母鸡160羽,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复8羽。分别在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加0、25、50、75和100 mg/kg维生素E,试验期为42 d。结果表明,日粮添加维生素E具有提高肉鸡生长性能的趋势,其中日粮添加50 mg/kg维生素E使22~42 d和0~42 d肉鸡平均日增重分别提高了4.23%和2.90%(P〉0.05);添加75 mg/kg维生素E使22~42 d和0~42 d肉鸡平均日采食量分别降低了6.75%和6.92%(P〉0.05),使0~21 d和0~42 d肉鸡料肉比分别降低了7.78%和7.04%(P〉0.05);日粮添加维生素E对3周龄肉鸡免疫器官重和免疫器官指数无显著影响;添加25和100 mg/kg维生素E提高了6周龄肉鸡胸腺重(P〈0.05)和胸腺指数(P〉0.05)。肉鸡日粮中添加维生素E具有提高肉鸡生长性能趋势,可改善肉鸡胸腺发育水平。 The study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary vitamin E levels on growth performance and development of immune organs in broilers. A total of 160 one-day-old health female chicks were randomly allocated into five dietary treatments. Each treatment had four replicates and eight chicks in each replicate. The chicks from the five treatments were fed with basal diet added 0,25,50,75 and 100 mg / kg dietary DL-α-tocopheryl acetate,respectively in 42-day trial period. The results showed that growth performance were tended to be increased with the dietary supplement levels of vitamin E. Average daily gain(ADG) of chickens were increased by 4.23% and 2.90%(P0.05) when added with 50 mg / kg vitamin E during 22~42 d and 0~42 d,respectively;average daily feed intake(ADFI) of chickens were decreased by 6.75% and 6.92%(P0.05)when added with 75 mg / kg vitamin E in 22-42 d and 0-42 d,respectively;feed to gain ratio(F:G) of chickens were decreased by 7.78% and 7.04%(P0.05) when added 75 mg / kg vitamin E in 0 ~21 d and 0~42 d;there were no significant effects for the immune organs weight and index supplement with different levels vitamin E at third weeks(P0.05);the thymus weight and thymus index were increased with 25 and 100 mg / kg vitamin E in sixth weight(P0.05 and P0.05,respectively).The growth performance of broilers were tended to be increased and the development of thymus could be improved.
