摘要
简述了加热炉炉膛热辐射传热的能力和运用运红外节能陶瓷涂料的节能机理,并进行了生产实践和效果分析。应用结果表明,加热炉运用远红外节能陶瓷涂料后,燃耗指标逐年优化改善,加热温度的均匀性和温升速率得到进一步提高,保护了炉顶炉墙的耐火材料,减少了炉体外壁散热损失,取得了明显的节能效果。
The principle of bolometric radiation in reheating furnace and the energy saving mechanics about far- infrared ceramic coating mixture were introduced. The application of the coating mixture in reheating furnace at Maigang shows that the effectiveness is very apparent,the fuel consumption is falling down,heating temperate evenness and the speed rate of temperate arising were advanced. The fireproofling material in top and wall of furnace is protected,and the thermosteresis of furnace is reduced.
