摘要
针对SATA II接口300 MB/s的最大极限传输速度,为突破其瓶颈,提出了一种基于固态硬盘的RAID 0阵列存储方案,使得固态硬盘在SATA II接口下的传输性能达到更高。首先使用两片英睿达CRUCIAL容量为256 GB的SSD固态硬盘单独挂载在SATA II接口下测得传输性能;然后设置主板RAID模式,将其组建RAID得到Volume0,同样测得传输性能;最后通过对比测试,RAID 0 SSD整体的持续读写性能明显优于单盘SSD。性能测试结果表明,SSD在数据的读取写入、突发传输速率等方面都远优于传统机械硬盘,RAID 0更能使得SSD的性能达到最大,突破SATA II接口的峰值传输速度。
In order to break through the bottleneck of SATA II about 300 MB/s,a RAID 0 array storage scheme is proposed,which makes the transmission performance of the Solid State Drives at the interface of SATA II higher. At first it uses two pieces of CRUCIAL SSD whose capacity is 256 GB alone mount in SATA II interface to measure transmission performance. Then it sets the motherboard raid mode,and the formation of raid Volume0 is also measured for transmission performance. Finally,by comparing the test,the continuous reading and writing performance of the RAID 0 SSD is significantly better than that of a single disc SSD. Performance test results show that the SSD is far superior to the traditional mechanical hard disk,and RAID 0 can make the performance of the SSD to reach the maximum,breaking the peak speed of the interface of SATA II.
