摘要
设计了一种数字式精密直流电源,以开关稳压芯片XL4012为基础,以STM8S103K3为控制核心,应用数字控制技术将直流电源与嵌入式系统结合起来。采用D/A给定实现系统逐步调节输出实际值,保证了系统输出的稳定性和精确性。使用键盘输入实现人机交互功能,能够实时显示电压电流值。试验测试结果表明,该系统具有输出稳定性好、控制精度高、操作方便等特点,具有较好的应用价值。
This paper presents a design of digital precision DC power supply,which is based on switching regulator chip XL4012 and takes STM8S103K3 as the control center. The system applies digital control technology to combine DC power supply and embedded system,and uses D/A to achieve adjustment of output value gradually,to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system output. Using the keyboard input to realize the function of human-machine interaction,voltage and current value can be displayed in real time. The test results show that the system has advantages of good output stability,high control accuracy,easy to operate,and good application value.
