摘要
我国专业学位研究生培养模式改革必须坚持主导性价值取向。在理念层面,要以自由平等、公正法治、民主科学、效率效益为价值取向;在目标层面,要以育人为本、全面发展、因材施教、提高质量为价值取向;在过程层面,要以职业导向、分类培养、开放协同为价值取向;在操作层面,要以统筹兼顾、循序渐进、因地制宜为价值取向。
The reform in the mode of professional graduate training in China should be oriented to the right values.On the level of concepts,the value orientation should be toward freedom,equality,justice,ruleoflaw,democracy,science,efficiency and benefits;on the level of goals,it should be toward human education,overall development,individualized training,and quality;on the process level,it should be toward occupational emphasis,customized programs,and open coordination;on the operation level,it should be toward balanced arrangements,progressive improvement,and measures suited to specific conditions.
