地方政务微博发展困境及其突破——以淮北市为例

A Study on Local Government Microblog Development Dilemma andIts Breakthrough——Take Huaibei City as an Example

通过对淮北市政务微博发展现状调查,发现政务微博运营中存在信息发布数量少,内容水平参差不齐,形式单一,覆盖面窄,管理人员业务水平待提高等方面的问题。应该加强制度建设,优化整合政务平台扩大覆盖面,借鉴外地经验创新政务服务模式,提升管理者业务水平,提高政务微博的影响力与活跃度,完善政务微博考评机制,建立政务微博绩效考核体系等。

On the basis of the investigation of the current situation of government microblog development in Huaibei, it analyzed a large number of information released and found out that： the content level is uneven, the form is single, the coverage is narrow, and the management level of the management has to be improved. The paper proposed to strengthen the system construction, to optimize the integration of e-government platform to expand coverage, to learn from foreign experience in innovative service mode, to improve the management level of business, to improve the influence and active degree of government microblogging, 1：o improve government microblogging evaluation mechanism, and to establish the government microblogging performance evaluation system and so on.
