摘要 城市大型排涝泵站枢纽工程总布置要节约土地资源和综合利用,排水通道利用现有航(河)道时流态有较为严格限制,泵站枢纽工程施工和运行要保证既有建(构)筑物安全等问题.杭州三堡排涝泵站枢纽地处主城区,进出口位于航道口门区,其枢纽总布置原规划为明渠方案,优化后为箱涵方案,按不同排水口位置有3个布置方案,从占用土地资源、技术性、经济性等方面进行比选了最优方案,实现节约和综合利用土地资源、水工程综合利用、减小工程投资等目的.对土地资源紧缺的城区规划和建设大型排涝泵站工程可行性分析和研究具有参考价值. In the feasibility analysis of layout optimization for urban large drainage pump station,the focus is to save land resources with comprehensive utilization. For flow regime has strict limitation when existing channel( watercourse) is used by drainage channel,the construction and operation of pump station pivotal project should guarantee the security of existing architectures( structures). Hangzhou Sanbao Drainage Pump Station is located in main urban area,and its inlet and outfall are at channel entrance,so the original layout of open channel is optimized as box culvert. There were 3 layout schemes according to different outlets,and the third scheme is the best after contrast from the aspects of land resources occupation,technology and economy. The third scheme promotes the feasibility of construction by achieving the goal of saving and utilizing soil resources,comprehensive utilization of water conservancy engineering and reduction of engineering investment. It is of reference value for analysis and research on feasibility of large drainage pump station planning and construction by cities short of soil resources.
