口腔科医生全程干预对头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗并发症影响的临床研究

The influence of the whole course intervention of dentists on radiotherapy complications of patients suffered from malignant tumour in head and neck

目的减少头颈部恶性肿瘤患者放疗并发症。方法对247例治疗组头颈恶性肿瘤放疗患者实施口腔科医生全程干预并与213例对照组患者进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组均有不同程度的黏膜反应及口干、味觉减退,但在远期并发症发生率及患者对痛苦感受度方面明显低于对照组。结论口腔科医生全程干预可有效减少头颈部放疗并发症,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To reduce radiotherapy complications of patients suffered from malignant tumor in head and neck. Methods Study group（ 247 cases of patients suffered from malignant tumoer in head and neck） were given the whole course intervention of dentist while doing radiotherapy, the incidence of the complication study group was investigated and compared with control group（ 213 cases）. Results There was no difference between study group and control group in short-term complications. But for the long-term complications, the incidence in study group was considerably less than that of control group. Conclusion The whole course intervention of dentists can reduce the radiotherapy complications in head and neck effectively and improve the life quality.
