摘要
为了研究弹头触发引信防雨试验中采用的人工水柱靶与自然雨滴的等效性,通过数值仿真软件,应用光滑粒子流体动力学方法和有限元法耦合方法,仿真了不同触发区直径的弹头触发引信内凹和外凸触发机构分别撞击雨滴及其质量等效水柱靶的过程,得到了撞击过程中触发区内触杆剪切凸台最大剪切应力的峰值、持续时间和波形。仿真结果表明,按质量等效原则确定的人工水柱靶能够较准确地模拟自然雨滴撞击引信触发区过程,可用于弹头触发引信防雨性能试验考核。
In order to study the equivalence of artificial rain water column target and natural raindrop for point detonating fuze rainproof test,the SPH( smoothed particle hydrodynamics) and finite element coupling method was applied to the finite element simulation analysis by numerical simulation software,and the processes of concave and convex trigger mechanism of different trigger-zone-diameter point detonating fuze respectively impacting the raindrops and mass equivalent water column targets were simulated. The peak,duration and waveform of maximum shear stress of trigger rod shear front during the impact process were obtained. Simulation results show the artificial mass equivalent water column target can accurately simulate the processes of fuze trigger zone impacting natural raindrop,and it can be applied to point detonating fuze performance test assessment.
