室温硫化吸电磁波硅橡胶的研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、弓形法、热失重分析(TGA)和热空气老化的方法,对室温硫化吸电磁波硅橡胶的力学性能、垂直反射率和耐高温性能进行了研究。结果表明,采用420份以六甲基二硅氮烷处理的规整度高的复合羰基铁粉吸收剂制备的室温硫化吸电磁波硅橡胶的力学性能和吸电磁波性能最优。室温硫化吸电磁波硅橡胶的耐高温性能不适于采用TGA评价,复合羰基铁粉吸收剂的加入大幅度降低了室温硫化吸电磁波硅橡胶的耐高温老化性能。 The mechanical properties,perpendicular incidence reflectivity and high temperature resistance performance of RTV electromagnetic wave absorption silicone rubber were studied by means of SEM analysis,network analysis,TGA analysis and hot air aging.The result showed that the mechanical properties and electromagnetic wave absorption properties were best,when electromagnetic wave absorption silicone rubber was added 420 phr high isotacticy compound carbonyl iron powder.The heat resistance of RTV electromagnetic wave absorption silicone rubber can't analysis by TGA analysis,and compound carbonyl iron powder makes it heat resistance depression.
