摘要
通过多检测凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、门尼松驰、热重分析和加工性能分析等手段研究了ExxonMobil公司生产的支化氯化丁基橡胶(SB CIIR5066)生胶的基本性能。结果表明,SB CIIR5066的GPC谱图呈现明显的双峰分布,相对分子质量分布指数(Mz/Mw)达到8.1,高相对分子质量部分(4倍于峰位相对分子质量Mp)质量分数为8.23%。与线型氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR1066)相比,SB CIIR5066热稳定性与之相似,但抗冷流性和加工性能均好于CIIR1066。
The basic properties of star-branched chlorobutyl rubber(SB CIIR5066)produced by ExxonMobil Corporation were characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),Mooney relax test,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and rubber processability tester(RPA 2000).The GPC trace of SB CIIR5066 exhibited a bimodal distribution,the molecular weight distribution(Mz/Mw)reached 8.1,the content of high molecular weight(equal to and greater than 4times the peak molecular weight Mp)reached 8.23 percent of the total polymer species.Compared with chlorobutyl rubber(CIIR1066),SB CIIR5066 has similar thermal stability,but the cold flow resistance and processing performance are better.
