氧化锌预分散母胶粒在NR/SSBR胎面胶体系中的应用研究

摘要 采用自主研制的5种氧化锌粉质量分数为80%的预分散母胶粒(ZnO-80,编号为A1~A5)代替氧化锌粉,加入到天然橡胶(NR)/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)胎面胶体系中,研究其对胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用自制预分散母胶粒A5代替氧化锌粉,胎面胶的表观交联密度提高了47.46%,抗拉强度提高了8.92%,300%定伸应力提高了8.11%,磨耗量下降了16.91%。通过橡胶加工仪(RPA)测试表明,与使用粉料的胎面胶相比,使用A5母胶粒的胎面胶具有更低的滚动阻力和生热性。 The five kinds of ZnO pre-dispersed colloidal particles which are self-made(ZnO-80,sulfurcontaining 80%)were used to replace the ZnO powder and mixing with tread rubber constituted by natural rubber(NR)and solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)to analyze its effect on the vulcanizate properties.The results showed:using self-made ZnO pre-dispersed colloidal particles ZnO-80(A1~A5)to replace ZnO powder,the apparent crosslinking density was increased by 47.46%,the 300% stretching stress was increased by 8.11%,and the abrasion loss was decreased by 16.91%.According to RPA test the tread compound processed by A5 masterbatch particle has lower rolling resistance and frictional heat.
