摘要
对4种聚乙烯注塑料DMDA-8008、2911、C430A及ME3500添加不同用量的成核剂HPN-210M,考察了成核剂对4种注塑料的维卡软化点、热变形温度及拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,添加成核剂之后,注塑料的热性能和力学性能均有所提高,其中热变形温度提高得尤为明显。
In the paper,based on addition different content of nucleating agent HPN-210 Minto four kinds of injection molding materials（DMDA-8008,2911,C430 Aand ME3500）,the effect of HPN-210 M on the properties（including Vicat softening point,heat distortion temperature and tensile strength）of the injection molding materials was investigated.The results showed that the addition of the nucleating agent can improve the thermal and mechanical properties of the injection molding plastics,and the heat distortion temperature increased particularly evidently.
