摘要 结合结晶理论及流体流动理论,分析出PTA装置结晶系统堵塞的原因为PTA结晶过程控制不好、管线内输送速度选择不当以及结晶器出料方式不当等。针对具体原因,确定了影响结晶的因素及操作参数,计算了合适的物料输送速度,解决了PTA装置结晶系统堵塞的难题。 Combining the theory of crystallization and the theory of fluid flow, the reasons for the blockage of the crystallization system of VFA plant are the control of PTA crystallization process is not good, in-line conveying speed selection improper and the improper crystallizer discharge methods. For specific reasons, the factors affecting the crystallization and operation parameters were determined, and the suitable material conveying speed was calculated, which solved the problem of the blockage of crystallization system in PTA plant.
