摘要 介绍了尼龙66、56连续聚合装置中的一系列的节能改进措施,主要侧重于将浓缩槽和反应器生产过程中产生的蒸汽进行了合理的利用,在反应器排出的工艺蒸汽上设计了减温减压塔,通过减温减压塔处理后,不仅利用了蒸汽的余热,而且还可以将蒸汽冷凝后再进行盐液调配,达到在线直接回用纯水的效果。 A series of energy saving improved measures of Nylon 66, Nylon 56 continuous polymerization plant were introduced. The main focus was on the rational utilization of the steam generated in the production process of con-centrated tank and reactor. The temperature and pressure reduction tower was designed above the reactor, which the process steam discharged from. Through the treatment of temperature and pressure reduction tower, not only the waste heat of steam is utilized, but also the steam condensate can be prepared for the salt solutions. The effects of online directly reuse pure water were achieved.
