通过对影响加热炉有效能热损、无效能热损的因素分析,查找出制约其热效率低的重要参数指标,如排烟温度、过剩空气系数等,通过对设备、原料、工艺3方面的改造及优化控制,有针对性地提高加热炉热效率。

Through the analysis of the influence factors on the effective energy heat loss and invalid energy heat loss of the heating furnace, the important parameter indexes which restrict its low thermal efficiency SUCh as temperature of flue gas and excess air coefficient were found out. Through the transformation and optimization control of equipment, raw materials and process, the thermal efficiency of heating furnace was improved pertinently.
