“一带一路”节点城市的体育文化融入路径探析——以河洛体育文化为例

Integration Path of Sports Culture on Node Cities along“Belt and Road”——Taking Heluo Sports Culture as an Example

以河洛体育文化为例,从资源与文本的角度,探讨体育文化与"一带一路"战略的契合点和城市借助体育文化通道融入"一带一路"战略的路径。认为河洛体育文化与"一带一路"战略契合点在于"贸易畅通"和"民心相通"范畴,分别是体育文化产业园建设、体育学术对话与交流、体育旅游目的地建设,其节点城市洛阳的融入路径是:以河洛体育文化为主题,开展与"一带一路"国家的学术对话,提升城市在"一带一路"的影响力;甄选河洛体育文化资源,打造河洛体育文化特色显著、旅游要素突出的特色旅游产品;城际协同,创建以河洛体育文化为主题的体育产业基地(园)。研究对城市借助体育文化通道加快融入"一带一路"战略,具有积极的"外脑"启发价值。建议"一带一路"沿线节点城市因地制宜挖掘传统体育文化,协同体育总局体育文化中心、城际和现代体育项目,开放协作,把传统体育文化培育为城市融入"一带一路"的推进器,把"一带一路"深化为传统体育文化传承传播的扩张器。

Taking Heluo sports culture as an example,from the perspective of resources and text,binding points and Integration Route are discussed between sports culture and＂Belt and Road＂. The results show that sports culture and＂Belt and Road＂strategy meeting point in＂trade open＂and＂Human communication＂,Specifically,there are the sports cultural industry park construction,sports academic dialogue and exchange,sports tourism destination construction,Routes of Luoyang into＂Belt and Road ＂are to carry out national academic dialogue,Heluo sports culture as the theme,and enhance city influence in ＂Belt and Road＂; selecting of Heluo sports cultural resources,build tourism products of Heluo sports culture characteristic,tourism elements highlight through cooperating other cities,create sports industry base（ park）,its subject is Heluo sports culture. Research will have an important way of inspiration on accelerating the integration of the city into＂Belt and Road＂. Cities along＂Belt and Road＂should,cooperating Sports General Administration of sports cultural center,modern sports,opening collaboration,use the traditional sports culture as Propulsion to integrate into＂Belt and Road＂,meanwhile,＂Belt and Road＂should be turn Along into a dilator of spreading and inheriting traditional sports culture.
