公共体育“多中心治理”结构优化发展研究

Investigation on the Configurations of “Polycentric Governance”of Public Sports

应用逻辑思维法、文献资料法等方法探索了公共体育"多中心治理"结构优化问题。从公共管理学多中心治理结构理论维度,对体育部门、体育社会组织、体育志愿者、公民的结构职能进行分析,为建立公共体育多中心治理结构及模式,将发挥体育利益主体驱动力,形成高效运转机制,促进公共治理结构创新发展,推动公平公正透明的体育治理构造机制建设,这不仅促进了体育供给结构和水平提升,而且成为实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的推动力。

This paper used the mothod of logical thinking,literature and so on to explore the construction of public sports ＂ polycentric governance＂ mode. From the dimension of polycentric governance structure of public management theory,analysis on the sports department,the sports social organization,the sports volunteer,and？ the structure function of？ the citizen,In order to establish the multi center governance structure and mode of public sports,it will play the main driving force of sports interests,and form high effect operation mechanism,also promote the innovation and development of the public governance structure. To build fair,just and transparent platform for the physical mechanism of governance structure,which not only promotes the sports supply structure and level of ascension,and become the driving force of modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity.
