摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对美国高校专业体育教师工作绩效评估及其对我国的启示进行研究。研究表明:美国高校专业体育教师工作绩效评估主要由教师绩效审查委员会组织进行,虽然各个学校在评估具体指标方面各有侧重,但评估内容主要包括教学、科研及服务社会3个方面。美国高校专业体育教师绩效评估依据办学职能展开、结合体育专业工作实际、注重同行评议以及重视评估过程等特点都值得我国借鉴。
This paper describes the perfcrmance evaluation of American physical education teachers and discusses its enlvghtenment to china by the ways of document consultation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis. It shows that the performance evaluation system is operated by the FRC( Faculty Review Committce) and its mainly in cludcs teaching,research and social service 3basic contents. The perfermance evaluation system is operatecl based on the Umiersitces' function,paying much attention on the peer review and attaches great importance to the characteristics of the evaluation process are worth our reference.
