“过劳死”现状调研——以西安市高新区为例

On the Present Situation of“Karoshi”

随着经济的不断发展,"过劳死"问题频繁出现在我们的报纸、网络、电视等媒介,一个个鲜活生命的逝去反复敲响警钟。保护劳动者的生命健康,维护每个家庭的完整已经日益成为一个亟待解决的社会问题。本文主要以西安市高新区为例,对"过劳死"现状进行调研,浅谈了其概念,现状分析,以期发现过劳死产生的原因,从而找出相应的解决措施。

With the continuous development of the economy, ＂Karoshi＂ problems occur frequently in our newspapers,network, television and other media. Protecting laborers＇ health and maintaining every family＇s completion has increasinglybecome a social problem to be solved. This article mainly takes Xi＇an high-tech zone for example, researching thepresent situation of ＂Karoshi＂ by briefly discussing the concept to find the causes of Karoshi, so as to find out thecorresponding solutions.
