Analysis on Relay Protection Setting and Operation of 20 kV Loop Network

中新广州知识城20 k V配电网采用合环运行的方式,而目前行业标准和企业标准均未对合环运行的配电网继电保护整定与运行作明确规定。为此,在分析环网运行对继电保护影响的基础上,提出在环网内设置1条解环线路的思路,给出20 k V环网继电保护整定原则,并结合运行过程中常见设备的检修情况,提供了继电保护检修策略。该整定与运行原则解决了20 k V环网继电保护时间级差不够和相继动作等问题,满足后备保护选择性要求。

20 kV power distribution network of Zhongxin Guangzhou knowledge city adopts closed-loop operation mode,while there are no explicit provisions about relay protection setting and operation of closed-loop power distribution network in present industrial standards and enterprise standards.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing influence on relay protection by closed-loop operation,thinking of setting one looping-off line in the loop network is proposed,setting principles for relay protection of 20 kV loop network are provided,and overhaul strategy for relay protection is afforded by combining overhaul conditions of common equipments in running process.The setting and operation principles could solve problems such as insufficient time differentials of relay protection and successive action,which could satisfy requirements for selection of backup protection.
