摘要
随着国民经济和科学技术的发展,用户对电能质量的要求不断提高,而供电线路中非线性负荷及冲击性负荷的增加使电能质量明显下降,大范围地污染供电环境,并危及电网及其供电设备的安全稳定运行。随着计量自动化系统的发展,负荷管理终端得到了广泛应用,为电网电能质量监测提供可靠平台。为此,研究负荷管理终端电能质量的电压、谐波、三相不平衡及通信功能监测的原理和方法。基于终端实现对电能质量监测功能,为电网的安全运行提供大量可靠的指标数据,以保障各级电力用户的正常用电秩序和监督管理,减少电网重复投入。
With development of national economy and scientific technology,requirements on electric energy quality by customers are gradually increasing,while increases of nonlinear load and impact load in power supply lines cause electric energy quality decrease,pollute power supply environment extensively and damage safe and stable operation of the power grid and its power supply equipments.Development of metering automation system makes load management terminal widely be used,which provides reliable platform for monitoring on electric energy quality.Therefore,this paper studies voltage,harmonic and three-phase unbalance of electric energy quality of the load management terminal,and principle and method for monitoring on communication function.Realization of monitoring on electric energy quality based on terminal could provide great deal of reliable index data for safe operation of the power grid so as to ensure normal electricity order of electric power customers and supervision management as well as reduce repeat input of power grids.
