摘要
目前,船舶设计正显示出从强制性规范向基于目标规范发展的趋势。论文从风险最小化的角度出发,提出并应用一种创新的油船分舱设计方式,对油船的分舱提出溢油量最小、舱容最大、满载时货舱对船体梁的力的影响等三个设计目标,以多目标遗传算法作为优化工具,利用MATLAB编写实现优化的程序,以某艘阿芙拉型油船为例进行计算,得到了一些有指导意义的解,为今后的油船分舱设计提供了新的思路与方法。
From the perspective of risk minimization, an innovative design approach of tanker subdivision was proposed and applied. Total of three goals in design(the lowest oil spillage, the largest capacity, and minimal action of cargo compartments on the hull girder in full load condition) were presented. As a tool of optimization, the multi-objective genetic algorithm was applied and the calculation was carried effectively with a self-made MATLAB program. An Aframax type of tanker was calculated and optimal results demonstrated the validity and applicability of the proposed method.
