摘要
正铲液压挖掘机的工作装置直接关系挖掘力,而工作装置的设计因变量多,方案选型计算量极大,给设计工作造成了相当的困难。在参考对正铲液压挖掘机工作装置的建模方法基础上,纠正其数学模型中的错误,并自主开发出用于计算挖掘力的软件,极大地提高了设计效率。
Hydraulic shovel excavator digging force is directly related to the working device.The design of the working device has so many variables that amount of scheme selection calculation is great,and that causes considerable difficulties to the design work.This paper refers to literature for the hydraulic shovel excavator working device modeling approach,corrects its errors in the mathematical model and develops a software for calculating digging forces.Design efficiency is improved proven by practical application.
