摘要 分析TC85液压挖掘机动力系统,由油冷道依茨Deutz BF4M 2011更改为水冷Yanmar4TNV98T柴油机,出现柴油机水温过高问题,对整体式散热器导风板等零件结构优化设计,合理调整散热器主要部件。工程现场测试数据表明,新结构整体式散热器整机热平衡达标,成功解决了柴油机过热问题。 This paper analyzes the TC85 hydraulic excavator power system by the oil cooling way according to Mr.Deutz BF4 M changed to water-cooled Yanmar4TNV98T2011 diesel engines,a diesel engine water temperature is too high,the integral spare parts such as radiator wind deflector structure optimization design,reasonably adjust the radiator main components.Engineering field test data shows that the new structure of integral type radiator heat balance of the whole machine,and successfully solves the overheating of the diesel engine.
