Electronic Design for Online Stem Automatic Sampling Device of the Type ZJ116 Cigarette Making and Plug Assembling Machine

目前ZJ116型卷接机组的烟梗收集方法已无法满足客户对取样自动化智能化的需求,因此需对ZJ116机组的烟梗取样收集装置进行重新设计。结合ZJ116机组自身情况,为了能够自动化智能化,在原ZJ116机组的基础上通过机械增加气缸,电气方面对取样时间进行控制的方式来实现。最终成功设计出一种高效的烟梗在线自动取样装置,操作简捷并且保证了现场的整洁。

The content of stem play important roles in reducing the tar of the cigarette.Sampling the stem to analyze the quality and the use ratio of the pipe tobacco is always a hotspot in tobacco industry.However the collection method of the Type ZJ116cant satisfy the client needs.Therefore we need redesign the stem gathering device of ZJ116.Combine the situation of ZJ116,in order to make it automation and intelligent,we add an air cylinder and control the sampling time.Ultimately we succeed design a kind of efficient online stem automatic sampling device;it is not only easy in cooperation but also maintains a clean and tidy site.
